How a building goes live
From assessment to your apartment
Fibre is built into a building once, then every apartment can connect. Here is how it happens.
- Building assessmentThe riser, the comms room and the lead-in are surveyed with the building manager.
- Fibre installedFibre is run up the riser and a termination point fitted on each floor. Residents are not disturbed.
- Building goes liveThe building appears here as live and registered residents are emailed first.
- You connectPick a plan, book a window, and a technician finishes the last few metres into your apartment.
