Two ways to buy

Off the shelf, or designed for you.

Business Fibre is the fast way in: symmetrical plans from 500 Mbps to 10 Gbps, ordered online and live in 10 business days on net. Enterprise is everything beyond it: networks, data centres, cloud, security and managed services designed around your sites by people who have built them for the carriers.

Who you are trusting

Your network, designed by the people who built the carriers' networks.

When you sign with Hypernet you are trusting the team I have built: the team the carriers relied on. Not one person, but engineers and builders who have worked across major carrier projects to design, build and deliver infrastructure that lasts. Now that team designs, builds and runs your network, and you deal with us directly.

Jake Berry
Founder and Managing Director

Network engineer and builder. Jake has delivered network activation, assurance and optimisation on networks run by Telstra, Optus, TPG, AAPT, Vocus and nbn, and led construction on the nbn with a team of more than 75 across three states. He has built internet providers since 2019, grew the first until it was acquired in 2020, and founded the carrier whose assets now sit inside Hypernet. Trenches, splices and routing tables since the early 2010s; the aim is one of Australia's most reliable carriers, which is why Hypernet stopped reselling the nbn. MBA.

  1. 2017
    Building the nbn

Construction delivery on the nbn: more than 100 km of duct built, 1,000 km of fibre hauled and 100,000 splices made, with a team of more than 75 across three states, delivering for Downer, Fulton Hogan, Lendlease, Service Stream, Broadspectrum and Visionstream.

  2. 2023
Licensed, with a core of our own

Carrier licence 605 to build fibre into buildings, brownfield and greenfield, after years of building it for others, and the Hypernet core network launched.

  3. 2025
    Our own address space

The network runs on our own autonomous system and address space, with dark fibre into Rhodes.

  4. 2026
    One company, one network

Hypernet acquires the assets of Fiberco, and carrier licence 605, held since 2023, is being migrated into the Hypernet Group. Residential launch in Rhodes; enterprise services in the Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne CBDs.

Enterprise solutions

What the team builds

Each one specified to the requirement, priced in the proposal and run afterwards by the people who designed it.

Dedicated internet

DIA, 100 Mbps to 25 Gbps, uncontended, static addressing

Internet capacity that is yours alone, delivered on dedicated fibre with a 99.95% availability target and a 4-hour restoration option.

Layer 2 and Layer 3 Ethernet

Point-to-point and multipoint, 1 to 100 Gbps, multi-VLAN

A private link between your sites, or into a data centre, with no internet in the middle and no shared path. Multiple VLANs on one handover.

Wavelength

10 to 400 Gbps optical transport

Dedicated optical capacity for inter-site, data centre and backhaul workloads that have outgrown Ethernet.

Dark fibre

Unlit pairs on metro routes in Sydney and Melbourne

For network teams who run their own equipment and want the glass itself. We have many points of access to our metro routes; the last-mile build from the pit to your property is quoted.

Data centre and cloud connect

Data centres in Sydney, Melbourne and South East Queensland; Megaport, IX Australia, Console Connect and Equinix Fabric

Direct into the data centre your systems live in, and from there to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or an exchange, over private VLANs you control from the portal. OnePort, our own interconnect, is in development.

Cloud, hosting and managed IT

Dedicated hosting, colocation, cloud, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365

Dedicated infrastructure hosting, data centre colocation, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 and business applications, managed AI, with one team accountable for all of it.

Managed Wi-Fi, voice and site infrastructure

Wi-Fi, cloud telephony, cabling, access control, CCTV

Wireless designed for the floor plate, a hosted phone system on the same fibre, and the structured cabling, access control, cameras, meeting rooms and desktop rollouts a site needs, installed and supported by one team.

Cybersecurity services

Essential Eight, managed firewall, monitoring and response

Security for the whole business, not only the link: Essential Eight uplift, controls aligned to ISO 27001, managed firewalls, SIEM and intrusion prevention, endpoint protection, awareness training and an incident response plan.

The network

We start from our network and build to where you need to be.

We do not sell a network that touches every exchange in the country. We start from our own core and fibre and build the path your traffic needs: into your data centre, your cloud, the exchanges and upstreams that serve you, with more than one way out. For an enterprise the questions are how fast we can get there and at what cost. As our own carrier, with years of delivering for the country's biggest carriers on tight timelines and budgets, we answer both in the proposal.

  1. Internet and cloud
    • IP transit and peering in Sydney
    • Cloud on-ramps to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
    Multiple upstreams
  2. Core, Sydney
    • Point of presence in Sydney
    • Own autonomous system and IP space
    • Dual routers, no single point of failure
    Dark fibre, diverse paths
  3. Backhaul
    • Dark fibre from the core to each precinct
    • Lit at 10 Gbps, upgradable to 100 Gbps
    Precinct distribution
  4. Building
    • Dedicated bidirectional fibre to your tenancy
    • CommScope infrastructure, Corning fibre
    Fibre to the tenancy
  5. Your service
    • Business-grade router, or your own
    • Static IP, symmetrical speed
Owned, operated and maintained by Hypernet. Every business and enterprise service on dedicated fibre, CommScope infrastructure and Corning fibre throughout.
Portal and API

See it, change it, from your side.

Every enterprise customer gets the portal and the API we use ourselves.

Live service view

Every circuit, its state, utilisation and the incidents against it, per site.

Add routes and services

Turn up new connectivity to cloud providers across Megaport, IX Australia, Console Connect and Equinix Fabric from the portal, routed over your private VLANs.

API for your team

The same actions by API, so provisioning fits into your own tooling.

Tickets, invoices, reports

Faults with their priority and history, invoices per site, the monthly report.

Where we build

Four CBDs, chosen on purpose.

Our fibre assets span Sydney Metro, South West, Eastern and Western Sydney, and we serve the business districts beyond them by design. We expand into nominated areas where the network adds value for our clients, not everywhere at once.

Primary market

Sydney CBD

Sydney Metro, South West, Eastern and Western Sydney. On net and near net buildings.

Brisbane CBD

Enterprise services by design; ask about your building.

Enterprise

Gold Coast CBD

Enterprise services by design; ask about your building.

Enterprise

Melbourne CBD

Enterprise services by design, with dark fibre on our Melbourne metro routes. Ask about your building.

Where things stand, October 2026

Growing, and keeping it.

Growing, on purpose
We are expanding aggressively, but only into nominated areas where the network adds value for our clients as well as for the business: the Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne CBDs, and the residential precincts we already serve.
Ours to keep
We intend to own, operate and maintain our network ourselves for the foreseeable future. Plenty of providers have been bought and watched their service change; building to sell is not the plan here.
Funded to stay good
Growth is funded by third-party capital and debt facilities, raised to build and maintain the network and the service on it. The point of the money is that the service you experience does not slip as we grow.
Available
A network and security operations centre around the clock, faults responded to within 30 minutes, and the people who answer have the authority to fix it.

Questions

Questions, answered.

If your building is already connected, no: activation uses the fibre that is already in the riser, usually within days of a signed order. If it is not yet connected, we assess the building first and put a timeline in front of you before you commit.
