How this is measured

Every minute, probes check the core router and the core services behind it. A minute is down when the core router does not answer, and degraded when it answers but a core service fails. Availability over 90 days counts up and degraded minutes as available and leaves out minutes with no data; the share of minutes with data is shown beside each figure. An incident is two or more down minutes in a row.
